Thomas Felgate

Tom started his law enforcement career in 1972 by becoming an officer for the Creve Coeur Missouri Police Department where he remained until 1978.

  In 1978 Tom left Creve Coeur to become a member of the Manchester Missouri Police Department where he remained until 1980.

  On July 1st 1980, Tom joined the Ellisville, Mo. Police Department. In 2004, Tom was appointed as the Chief of Police. Chief Felgate plans to work for a couple more years.
